I would like to explain my side of the story with Logan Norfleet that bought a car from our company And gave us a poor review. It was a 2004 ford focus SVT that I got from my brother. The car was $2000 cash out the door including taxes and title. The book value on the vehicle was $3400 . The car had over 100,000 miles on it and was 13 yrs old. She came to our dealership and I explained everything to her and I even explained that it was a stick shift and she said she couldn't drive one but would learn. Her boyfriend her uncle and some other family members all came and test drove the car. They actually came 3 times and tested it. Crawling under it and checking everything on it 3 times. The following week she showed up with her grandmother who wrote the check for $2000 for the car. She left the car at our dealership for 4 days before picking it up because she wanted to take it to a shop and do her own oil change and service that satisfied her needs. We had no problem with that. Now please keep in mind her we are talking about 3 times checked out by her family $2000 out the door and over 100,000 13yrs old. Now she finally picks up the vehicle and has it for a few weeks and never goes and gets her service she said she was gonna get and didn't know how to drive a stick shift in the 1st place. So here we go 3 weeks after she has it. I get a call this car is overheating. Now the one thing I've left out is that not only did I give her a super deal but even included a brand new $300 set of headlights when I sold it to her because my intention was to keep the car cause it was such a cool car and paint it and put new lights in it and drive it myself. Well anyway. I get this phone call from her and it's pure profanity and calling me a crook a thief and all kinds of stuff before I can even defend myself or the company for that matter. Finally she calms down and I can speak. So I ask what's the problem. She says you sold me a piece of crap car that you knew was no good and it overheated. Well 1st of al the car was inspected by her family 3 times driven for 3 weeks and a radiator hose or something of that nature goes bad. I asked her if she cut it off when it got hot and of course she didn't and blew the head gasket on the car. So she calls me and wants all her money back which was her grandmother's money in the 1st place and starts cussing me out again. Now I'm listening to all this and taking it in and I've had enough so I say I tell you what I will do. I will give you all your money back which no one would ever do 3 weeks later on a 13yr old car but I said I would under one condition you give me back my car the same way it was when it left. So here we go she starts all that cussing again calls me every name in the book shows up at our dealership creating a scene and causing again in front of her wonderful grandmother and demanding her money back. Now I had enough and she had the car 3 weeks signed a as-is agreement and I even offered her money back if she gave my car back the same and that is what happened. The absolute truth. So I am posting this to just let everyone know that this is why she gave us a bad review and you could hear my side of the story. Our dealership has never ever had a bad review except from this girl who bought a $2000 car. Or no I'm sorry her grandmother did. You can look us up on Facebook and we have all great reviews and treat every customer right. I guess the moral to this story is next time I should have explained as-is a little better and kept my headlights and never sold the car to someone that couldn't drive it. Oh by the way I passed it on the road by our office a week ago
I was looking for a particular car that wasn't on the lot and Tony took me inside and found just what I wanted!! I'd already done the research so I knew what the car was worth and Tony found me a car at the price that I wanted. He's a great person to work with and you don't get the feeling that you're being taken advantage of!! I'd recommend you go to Tony for your next car!!
He sold me a car that had problems with it without telling me. He told me that the car ran great and had no problems at all. He said he had a shop look over it but he couldn't show me any paperwork on the car or what had been done to it. Now I have a bill that is basically what I paid for the car. I had the car a week before the head gasket blew and Mr. Tony said that I was the one that broke the car but I have had two different mechanics look at it and both told me that the problem had been there a long time and if he really had someone look over the car he would have known it. The point is that this man ripped me off and took all my money and doesn't care at all and will not take any responsibility for it at all.
