Never have your car serviced at Nalley or you may end up with problems you didn't have to start with!
This place is Awesome!!! We were stranded at a chick fila with no keys no phones no wallets. We have two small children one being a special needs child. We called and ask Nalley Honda for help and they were so accommodating and understood our need. The tow company they use is wonderful! Very sincere kind hearted people who work here. Thank you for helping our family in a rough situation.
The service department is a bunch of crooks. Brought our families Honda civic hybrid in for work because it was acting very funny electrically. Was told there'd be a diagnosis fee of $120, which is fine because you're paying for "factory trained" mechanics. It took about 2 and a half weeks for the diagnosis and repair, again not the reason for the one star I know working on cars takes time. What sends me over the edge is when I pick up my civic not even a day goes by before the car starts doing the same thing again. So I take it back and they give it to the same mechanic the "shop foreman" who tells us in order for him to look at it again it would be another $120 diagnosis fee. Desperate to get our car fixed we agree and 1 week later he says he cant fix it and that we were out of luck. Over 1,500 dollars worth of work only to be told "oh, well sorry". NEVER TAKE YOU CAR HERE unless you want your money stolen and your car to be returned in the same broken condition as it was before.
I went in today for an oil change and left with the truck of my dreams all thanks to Jimmy M and Dan. They went above and beyond to get me a deal I wanted and stopped at nothing to make sure I left in that truck I purchased today. I would highly recommend going to Nalley and seeing these guys. They will definitely work with you and get you in any vehicle you may like or they will try their hardest too. I give
I regularly come into Nalley for maintenance needs on my 06 Honda Odyssey. July 7th, I brought the van in to have a partial drain and fill on the transmission per Nalley recommendations. On July 10th, my transmission completely breaks down while on vacation. We were not having any problems with the transmission before they completed the drain and fill. After Nalley looked at it, they concluded that we need a new transmission, but do not take any responsibility for the problem. As other transmission mechanics will advise, the car should never have been recommended for a transmission drain with 150,000 miles on it. Also, when they did that drain and fill, if there were prior problems, it could have been detected by metal shards around the plug. Now I am down $3,000.00 dollars or more and they have not done anything to make the situation right.
My appt was for 730 when I got here lady tells me they don't start working till 8 so why make appt for 730
