Just called to ask about a vehicle. I was told it was sold, which wasn't the problem, but the customer service over the phone was horrible. Because I called the number listed online, they sounded bothered and when I told them it was ok, they hung up on me. Can you say "rude"?

Bought a 1999 Mercury Sable. Had to replace the starter, cam sensor, crank sensor, and battery by the time I got out of the parking lot. By the time I got it home, the motor siezed up. Called them and they gave me a number to a mechanic. Will never buy from them again. They have no dignity. Take advantage of people to take their money.
