I went to go test drive a Lincoln MKZ at CAR-MART in Brunswick, GA.,I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car, the salesperson was friendly and asked what she could do for me. I asked about the price, she told me what the car cost. In my opinion it was a little high but still worth taking a closer look at, so I asked if we could take it for a test drive. She said that sure we could but she needed to get a copy of my license first & asked me to come inside with her, so we go inside the office, she disappears into the back. I'm standing there waiting a few minutes thinking that it shouldn't take this long to make a copy of my license, when I look outside, I see her heading out to the car with a battery jumper in hand...FIRST RED FLAG! So I quickly go out & meet her at the car because I want to hear the engine turn over when it's cold started. She said the battery was dead because someone left the door open & it drained the battery, so she already knew the battery was dead BEFORE she took my license & didn't say anything,...ok, we'll let that slide...She turns the key,... it turns but doesn't start,... she tries again...it turns but doesn't start,....she tries again....cue the "you lose" music from The Price is Right game show..."BUM, BUM, BAH-BAAAAHM!"...the car won't start. She then says to me, "Oh!, the gas guage is on empty, that must be why it won't start." I look at her, she looks at me, I wait for an apology,.. a,..."if you could hold on we'll get some gas it", or even a,..."would you like to look at a different car?"(there was a Mercury Milan, basicly the same car, parked right next to the Lincoln!) buuut nothing,... just an awkward silence between the two of us, I said, "ok..." and walked away shaking my head. You would think a car lot would have it's cars ready to be test drivin and ready to go on a Saterday, I'm sure a busy time for car shopping but CAR-MART did not, and their salespeople did not seem to want to make any more effort than the minimum to give good customer service. They were nice enough, but they were unorganized, their product was not represented well, and they didn't try very hard to accomodate this customer. I do NOT recommend car shopping at CAR-MART.

I bought this 2007 Chrysler Pacifica March of 2016 and from day one it was something wrong with it. The general manager acted like she was so nice and concerned, but after I kept calling with complaints about the car see became rude and could care less about my complaints. I asked her to show me the car fax and she didn't. So I paid for it myself and found out the car was in a wreck and they tried to cover it up. To sum it all up in had a bad experience with them and I went and got me a used car from I-95 Toyota. And I took that piece of junk and parked it on there lot.

I needed a truck and needed one fast, went to dealerships around town, ford, Mckinna auto and a couple others even went all the way to Jacksonville to the Chevrolet dealership( long story). All of them gave me the run around either credit wasn't good enough or they wanted crazy down payment. I came back from Jacksonville frustrated and decided I would try car mart. I got there and they had a 2005 ford f150 in pretty good shape there was a few cosmetic issues but overall not bad. I test drove it and it seemed there was nothing wrong with it. Gave them the down payment and signed the contract wich took a minute but that's expected no matter where you go. No credit check, all they were worried about was references and making sure I was employed. I payed an extra 500 for the maintenance plan which was added to the total of my contract. One down side was the balloon payment wich was due a couple of months after I bought the truck but they said they would work with me on it which they didn't have to because I was able to pay the full amount. Two weeks after I left the lot the front wheel bearing went out. I called car mart and they said it was not covered, so not a big deal for me because I am mechanically inclined. So I bought a new rotor and bearing and changed it, cost me 130.00. Well the next week I went to make my payment because I pay weekly, the manager Sabrina asked me how i liked the truck so far and i told her about the bearing she asked me if i had the receipt and said she would take care of it. She did say it would take a couple of weeks before I would be reimbursed and I didn't have to pay the 75.00 deductible. Well during that time I noticed the rear axle seal leaking, told Sabrina about it she told me to take it to j&j automotive on exit 29, they gave me a qoute for 275.00 I gave it to Sabrina they scheduled a day later that week I dropped it off that morning and picked it up that afternoon and did not have to pay them a dime. She took my 75.00 deductible out of the 130.00 they owed me and put the rest towards my balance. I am late on my payments from time to time but it's not a money issue, I work out of town a lot. As long as I call them and tell them when I'm coming in there's no problem. When I have a issue I talk to Sabrina the manager or tiffany they are really nice and so far do what they say they are going to do that in it's self means a lot.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY CARS FROM CAR MART IN BRUNSWICK GA. Let them be your last resort.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRUNSWICK CAR MART..... Friday August 19, 2016 I purchased a car from CAR MART located in Brunswick, GA. The car was a LEMON. I didn't have the car for an hour and the car was cutting off on me. There was NO oil in the car, & NO water in the car! I asked the General Manager when the oil was changed and she couldn't give a answer stating she would have to contact the wholesaler but LIED and said she had the oil changed when she purchased the car. The car started smoking so I ended up taking the car to the mechanic who Brunswick CAR MART deals with. They mechanic is waiting for the General Manager to let him know what to do with the car. So Thursday comes and I ended up getting news that the car needs a motor! During the time I didn't know what was wrong with the car I NEVER got a call from them I had to continuously call them just to get I'll call you back but they NEVER called me. I have the option of choosing another vehicle or waiting until they put a motor in the car. I choose another vehicle blue 2006 Pontiac G6, test drove the car and the check engine light was on, the rear view mirror wasn't attached, the horn didn't work, the car doesn't spray to clean the windshield if needed because the car had NO water in it and the mechanic says the water pump is broke and he couldn't fix it. Now the car is back on the lot with a broke water pump for them to MESS over someone else. During this whole time I have spared the General Manager asking for my money back, letting her know I don't want to do business with them, HORRIBLE customer service etc. NOW mind you I'm not being rude, not cussing, not attacking this nice lady but being a frustrated customer because the experience has been HORRIBLE and NOT once did this unfit "General Manager" show any gratitude..... She lies and says we're attacking her/cussing her..... She tells me she's fixing the horn on the second car to make me happy because she usually don't fix the horn. So I'm still without a car and have to wait until Monday August 29, 2016 to talk to her before proceeding with driving off in the second vehicle because she doesn't want to talk over the phone. I finally meet the General Manager only to be told that she doesn't want to do business with me and I will be getting my money back (Thank you Jesus because that's what I wanted)... I contacted the corporate office to have the "Vice President" call me and not once have I talked to him/her.... Google the reviews of CART MART.... THEY have BAD reviews! I asked for my money in my hand only to have to wait 3-5 business days for a check that is being sent to her NOT me.. I told her I would be calling periodically until my check is in my hands. Last day I called before I got my money the "General Manager" hangs the phone up in my face and tell me to stop calling and harassing her LOL... So I still have to deal with this rudely General Manager..... This goes to say please be careful when buying or doing business with Brunswick CAR MART and be aware that the unfit so called "General Manager" is VERY rude and has HORRIBLE customer service!!! Signed an upset/angry ex customer.

Very unprofessional and plain disrespectful at times. Unorganized and unconcerned about their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
