I bought a new car here, and Billy was very helpful with the car purchasing process. The car had an issue with some of the wiring, at no fault of the dealership, but they were quick to get me in and get the problem fixed. Definitely a good experience, and the sales people are professionals not pushy or trying to talk you into something you don't want.
I came in with a trade-in and was given a very fair offer for my trade-in. I walked away wit a certified pre-owned that day. I checked several other dealerships, including Jacksonville, and returned to Autonation for the right car at the right price. I’m very pleased with my new vehicle. Chad did a great job.
Will never use your service department again! Having appointment made for 9:30am for a safety recall on seatbelt, getting a DVD screen and a missing seatbelt cover checked out. Please Note: DVD player is still not working and you had to order cover for seat belt! For these three things to be looked at took from 9:30 am - 6:00pm? That's nine hours! After this our keys got lost which added another 30 minutes to the already nine hour wait time! Autonation get your service department together! You at least could have washed or vacuumed the van out!
I went to this dealership with my husband, not really knowing what I wanted. As soon as we drove in we saw a salesman walking toward us. He asked if we needed help finding anything in particular and I can say that he helped us for a long time and was very patient. Our salesman was Tim Ames and he helped us find a great deal on a great car, he had a friendly attitude toward us, and I was very pleased with the service from all of the staff. Very good experience with this dealership over all.
