What a GREAT dealer. Took my Silverado in today for 6 month Auto Butler service (they are the closet dealer to me (1 hour) that provides Auto Butler service) and for headlight lens restoration. The auto butler and headlight restoration was completed promptly and the headlight lens restoration was amazing. One lens was so clouded you couldn't see the bulb and now it looks brand new. I highly recommend this service if your headlight lens are clouded. But that is not the reason for writing this review. As I was leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on and the vehicle idle was rough. I immediately went back into the service area and told them what I was experiencing and they promptly scoped the engine and determined that one of the cylinders was not firing. They proceeded with additional work to determine the cause. Once they determined the cause, they explained that they did not have the necessary parts to do the repair and they needed to order them. I advised them that I lived over an hour away and would prefer not to make another trip back as I normally take my vehicle to a local dealer near to where I live (this dealer does not do Auto Butler). Nalley was very understanding and did what they could to get me back on the road. If they had the parts in stock I would have let them do the repair but since they didn't, I opted to go to my local dealer to save myself another trip to Brunswick. And on top of everything, they didn't charge me for the troubleshooting. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible. Thank You Nalley Buick-GMC.
I understand that this is a used vehicle but, having to clean, put bolts in tail lights, stop a noticeable engine knock, & align the wheels within 2-3 weeks of purchase is absurd. I feel as if my 80-something Grandmother was taken for a ride by Nalley. But hey, she signed the dotted line right? Because that's what matters.
Fine folks at Nalley. Very courteous. Prompt in getting my truck back to me. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend these fine folks to anyone who is in the market to buy a vehicle.
I have to say as a woman it's sometimes nerve racking shopping for cars. But Nalley changed all that for me. Not only was I treated with respect and dignity, I also found my dream car and was very pleased with the deal I received. I did do some checking after I purchased and found that I saved a lot more than any other dealership was willing to do. James, Craig and Christian were great and they all were so kind to me and my dog. Yes Nalley is dog friendly. I recommend Nalley Buick to everyone. Job well done!!!
I just finished cleaning 9 years of grime from the interior, removed a dark brown stain from the curbside back seat, & painted the fender wells black to cover the white overspray from an apparent curbside paint/repair. I have also just completed the front end alignment it needed as it had a substantial pull to the right. After a quick trip to Auto-Zone I installed the two missing bolts that mount the tail light assembly to body.
I will be ordering and installing new valve lash adjusters "aka: lifters", as the knocking sound is loud enough to garner looks from other drivers at an intersection. I will also be scheduling an appointment for Two Active Takata Airbag Recalls. You know, those airbags that have been maiming and killing people. I suppose Nalley didn't know about that. That's why they sold a vehicle with two potentially lethal recall notices still attached to it.
Let me first start by saying that my experience at Nalley recently was very pleasurable and personable which is exactly how I like my customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Angela who was very knowledgeable and a absolute joy to work with. She was working with me and another customer at the same time and was able to keep the interaction between both of us so we didn't feel neglected. Multitasking must be one of her many talents. I am sure Nalley is happy to have her. Blessings on your future endeavors Angela your personality will surely take you many places.
You will get your money Nalley. You will recieve every last cent that is owed to you. But you will never get business from anyone in my Family again. I am going to make sure I let anyone know that will listen, how Nalley does business.
