I dropped my 2017 silverado off which is black in color with zero scratches and zero swirl marks. The service manger had his General Motors rep take a look at the issue and they then sent my truck to port city auto body in downtown Brunswick. I received a phone call my vehicle was ready to be picked up and it was repaired. My truck is now covered in scratches swirl marks and hazing. It looks like someone washed it with sandpaper. The general manager BRENT JOHNSON is of no help and is extremely disrespectful. Since this issue the entire staff has been rude and has given me nothing but a run around on trying to figure out a solution to fix this issue. I do not recommend anyone go to this dealership in Brunswick Georgia for anything !!!!
Great meet and greet. Great with getting exactly what I wanted not pushy on anything I didn't want. Kept working hard to get me the payment I was comfortable with. Great guy gonna give you nothing but a satisfying experience.
