The location is nice. Plenty of parking, which is well lit at night. The decor is pleasant. The service I cannot speak if, as I was not directly involved with staff. There's a very tiny pool, which is located near the entrance. The pool has a nice brick wall around it, covered in a pretty ivy.
Great place to stay at a great price! We had the best time. Breakfast and cocktail hour were great. The staff is nice and very helpful! Kids had a great time at the pool and the mall is attached. Other stores and restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay again.
Very nice hotel. It's attached to a mall and movie theater. The mall, while nice, is suffering the same fate as all malls with lots of closed stores. Hotel has great beds and fast wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of stores within walking distance as well.
Nothing worse than your car breaking down and you have to stay in a hotel and wait to find someone to repair it. I am so grateful that we stayed at this Embassy Suites. We were displaced but we felt right at home. The staff was very helpful to us in our moment of need. Special thanks to Karen Bass for getting us to the shop to pick up our car so we could head back home
Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful hotel with a great room comfy bed and a living room! Breakfast was xcellent (made to order). Was a perfect place to land on our LONG drive home from Rochester to Lantana Florida!! We only stayed one night for some R&R but will definitely stay here again and make it a longer vaca!!!!!
