I am so glad I went to Mattress Firm to purchase our new mattress set. I had gone to several outlets that carry various brands and just could not find a set I liked. In some cases I wasn't even approached by a salesman.
About the company in itself, we love our first Mattress from them, we also love their return policy because we know that if we don't like the Mattress we can definitely trade it in for one we LOVE. Love this store. Love the spectacular customer service experience! Keep up the good work!

Mr. Daniel was phenomenal in helping my boyfriend and I pick out the perfect mattress! We had a strict budget and he went above and beyond to help us. The customer service in the store and the delivery were amazing. We've had the mattress for a couple months now and we absolutely love it.

Ronald was my salesman and he was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, he went out of his way to help me find exactly the right fit for my husband and I. I can't say enough about how they made what had been a very frustrating journey a fun and painless experience in the end.

Last year my husband and I bought a Mattress with him and LOVED his amazing customer service.
