3. Rooms don’t feel especially cozy or especially clean, but they aren’t terrible

5. Parking sucks big time because of restaurant, but Not a deal breaker.

Cons:

1. Restaurant makes it very convienent when travelling for business. Honestly the attached restaurant is the number one reason I would choose to stay again, and probably the only reason to be honest.

The front desk clerk was awesome, our check in/out were both incredibly efficient. She was a boss, I wish I had asked her name. We wanted to order room service, and our brochure said it would be available until 11:30pm. It was 11:00pm and we were told room service was no longer available. We double checked for date and time, and it really was supposed to be available. The TV had some sort of problem with the display which gave everything a weird yellow sheen. Otherwise, self parking was readily available, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyable experience.

1. Limited television channels

Clean rooms, 2 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of room. Their pillows are the BEST, my husband wanted to take them home. I enjoyed having a keurig in the room for coffee! Friendly staff and the restaurant on site was pretty good as well!

2. I prefer a hotel to be completely smoke free. They do offer smoke free rooms, but to me it’s nasty that people are even allowed to smoke inside at all.

2. The Restaurant has breakfast and dinner so you can just walk down and eat. As mentioned above, a portion of your breakfast is covered if you paid more to have it included. Food prices are somewhat high, but drink prices are super low.

4. When you pay for breakfast to be included, there is a price cap that isn’t mentioned in advance (not a huge difference; but should be mentioned in Expedia and other sites)

So the staff here is unreal. Accomodating, customer service based and caring. We are so thankful that Lorita is at the desk. Holiday Inn is lucky to have her in their employ. Highly recommend.

We always choose Holiday Inn Brunswick when driving through this part of I-95. It's always clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Although we did not eat at the restaurant this visit it's a great on site option. We will definitely return in the future.

Pros:

Overall, this is a decent place if you are staying for business for just a few days and don’t feel like roaming around to find meals.
