Normally Wendy's is absolutely amazing! But today there was a very negligent waiter at the counter. He didn't listen and was giving some crazy bad vibes! The manager (or whom I assume was the manager) was very nice once he finally came over. We waited 46 minutes in there to get everything right. Service was otherwise fast, and the food was great.
Worst wendys ive ever been to. The chicken tenders tasted funny, so I refrained from eating 2 of my 4. And the Jr bacon cheeseburger was so dry I almost couldn’t eat it. But I was starving. The pop machine was out of ice. Ketchup pumps out of ketchup. Polite staff but just not worth it
Food was good. Nice fresh hot fries. They had the cool drink machines which I like. Restaurant was nice and updated interior and seating. Only negative was that the women's bathroom was out of toilet paper - not good.
All the tables were dirty and trash cans overflowing onto the floor. Waited in line no employees anywhere. Manager fix your store and hire some employees! Seriously the worst experience at a Wendy's ever. Very sad I have to come on here to give only 1 star. There were over 10 issues with your store. You would fail a health inspection. You better clean up this store it's the worst fast food restaurant I've seen in my life and 3 other people complained and there was one employee in the entire restaurant. Needless to say we walked out and didn't order anything because nobody was there to take our order.
we waited. And waited. Cars behind us beeped and swerved out of line. I got out of the car to look around the corner to see what the wait was for. Cars behind us asked what was holding things up. At 10:52Pm after waiting for almost 20 minutes at a fast food place to just to place an order, the speaker box finally spoke! It said "we're closed" and that was it! What Wendy's closes at 10:52?! Seemed like rude and lazy service to me.
We arrived to the drive-thru of this location around 10:35pm on what I would imagine was a very busy night for this location as many people were evacuating florida up 95 in preparation for Hurricane Irma. We patiently waited with about six cars in front of us. When we arrived to the speaker box, we were told to "hold on" so we waited.
