Worst turkey club ever!
I avoid fast food as it is but was in a rush on my lunch break and decided to swing in. I went to the drive through and waited for 5 minutes with no success. Went inside and the girl at the register couldn’t take my order because she had to wait for the manager to fix something. I waited around for 5 more minutes and manager was still in the bathroom. While I waited I noticed that the inside looked dirty so I left.
Guess I didn't want lunch today.
The Arby's in Brunswick Georgia has just undergone a complete facelift. Tonight's visit was it during their first weeks grand opening. I must say that my expectations were exceeded. The restaurant was sufficiently staffed and all items well stocked. It was very refreshing to enter the restaurant and be greeted by smiling faces ready to take my order. The restaurant was very clean and crisp. My items ordered were 100% accurate. I must admit I was very distracted by the bell that indicates excellent service as customers exited the restaurant. My order was hot, fresh, accurate and quite delightful. I too rang the bell with a smile as I exited the restaurant. I certainly recommend a visit to the Brunswick Arby's.
Filthy run down. It's being rebuilt now. They should have completely demolished and started from scratch.
Overpriced. Customer service sucks and never get what we order right. Sat through drive through for 20 mins just to get home and be missing the burger we already paid for.
The bottom bun is completely soaked and the lettuce is brown... not a little... but like a lot brown.. to the point where it's slimy.
