Upon calling the restaurant to request a refund for the order, the lady on the phone hung up in my face and didn't address anything I had said. My co worker called and she was told someone was coming up to my job to get the food. When the delivery driver and a co worker came up to where we were they proceeded to talk in their native language to eachother and on the phone to the owner on the phone. When Beyond Menu called them to confirm cancellation , the female told him to hold the cancellation and she would call him back to tell him the correct amount to refund. THEY WERE TRYING TO PRORATE MY REFUND FOR THE LITTLE BIT OF FOOD WE HAD EATEN! When I confronted the young lady that I expect my whole refund she was rude and walked off and never apologized or had any kinda of empathy for the situation.
The worst chinese ever!! Wontons with no meat. Spring rolls same gray bland color. Deep fried shrimp was a joke! I honestly can't imagine why anyone would want to eat here. What a disappointment. $25 worth of food for my pets.

Ordered hot and spicy chicken and lo mein with a side of wings. The hot and spicy chicken was loaded with like 5 pounds of onions and only 4 very small pieces of chicken. The hot wings tasted old and were broken into small pieces. Paid 25 and ended up just throwing it away. Will not order again.
I just moved to Brunswick GA from Colorado Springs CO. I ordered for lunch through beyond menu and had it delivered to my job and my co worker ordered also. My co workers chicken was raw and the cheese steak egg roll was ALL ONION NO STEAK AT ALL. The pot stickers had something hard that wasn't gristle.
Beyond Menu confirmed my cancellation and promised me a whole refund, however I will never eat here again and will advise people I know to not give China One their business.
