Absolutely terrible. Spent $80.00 in application fees. Tried to rent a $1000.00 duplex. Was never told we had to make a certain amount or credit had to be at a certain amount. Between the both of us after taxes we make over $5k. The property manager called us and told us we were denied in the most unprofessional way. And then to proceed to tell me why I was denied and then called my girlfriend to tell her she was denied because she didn't make enough money. In my life I have never been turned down especially for a duplex. What were we trying to rent, what a half million dollar home. Good grief
