As I sit and write this I am waiting for pizzas that I ordered over an hour ago. When I arrived 30 minutes ago they said they didn't receive my order. I still have 5 hrs to drive until I get home. There were at least 10 people waiting for their orders that had not been received or were not ready either. The employees just shrugged their shoulders and didn't even offer any sort of compensation or apology. This is completely unacceptable customer service.
This particular Little Caesars rarely has its act together. The broadly advertised "Hot and Ready" pizza is rarely ever actually ready at all. I have been to this establishment hundreds of times over the course of its existence. I am speaking from experience garnered over many years. The situation is unlikely to change.
Superb. I go back over and over. I even order my own pizza half the time. Great service. Awesome price. You can't beat it. Period.
This place is terrible. customer services is bad papa Johns is better.
I could not get zero stars so you get at least one. The staff here is just a joke, orders were made to order not hot-and-ready which is what we got. Took an hour to get order and the lady working the front counter was just completely lost. (DT anyone?) She was very unorganized and well, lost. Eventhough we were very fustrated about our order, it was a good laugh seeing this take place. This was my first and definitely my last visit here. Place was clean, there, one star.
