I got my ears pierced here. The lady that did it was very nice and gentle

Took my boyfriend's daughter here and the lady that pierced here ears stabbed her with the gun the first try and pulled away leaving the front of the earring stuck in her ear. It took so long to reload the piercing gun and she blamed her mistake on the gun. We had already paid for the earrings and gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her try again and she nearly did the same thing with she pierced her other ear. Terrible experience. Earlobe piercings should not be that difficult to anyone working at a piercing facility. Disappointed with the service and will not be returning.
