Horrible quality. Not the product shown. Stitching in monogram is loose. I am not satisfied at all. I even sent back the product only to receive the same product again with the exact same loose stitching. Ridiculous. This has got to be the worst online store I've ever ordered from. Avoid them at all costs.
The shirt I got my mom looked exactly as advertised, and shipped quicker than they said! I emailed them about when it would be here, they emailed back quickly with an answer, and it shipped quicker than they said. They were prompt, kind and considerate! I recommend them to everyone !
BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible customer service. I purchased a sweatshirt from this business. I washed the shirt first before wearing and the material completely knotted up. It looked horrible. I contacted the store and was told to send pics instead of sending it back. I waited 2 days with no response. I called back and was told my email went to spam, but they would look at it and respond back asap. The following Monday, I called back because I had no response and was told to mail the shirt to them at my costs with hopes of reimbursement. Shirt arrived Thursday, but I gave them until the following Monday before I recontacted them. They advised that they hadn't checked the mail all weekend, but they did have it and the boss/owner would contact me first thing on Tuesday. End of the week came and I had no response from the business. I send email through PayPal and waited with no response. At this point, 3 weeks went by with no response or assistance from store. So, I had to file a claim with PayPal and they were able to refund my money. The entire process took about a month. I will NEVER buy another item from this store. The products used are cheap with a high price tag. And, with their customer service being so horrible, I don't know how they stay in business.
WORST PLACE TO SHOP EVER!!! I pre-ordered a bookbag and lunchbox on 7/18/2017. I have yet to recieve shipping details. When i reached out to them via Facebook i was told there was a delay in shipment for the product and a tracking confirmation would be sent out to me when order has shipped. Well everyday since i placed my order they have been advertising these bookbags and lunchbboxes saying "order yours today and it will ship out the end of the week" or "order yours today and your order will ship out in two days". However i ordered mine almost three weeks ago and still have yet to recieve any tracking information about my order being shipped. My kid starts school Friday 8/4 and i have had to purchase a new bookbag until hers arrives, which i still do not know when to expect it.
I ordered my shirt the end of September. Mid October I contacted KK''s with no response. It took contacting Pay Pal to get a response October 25. I explained that I needed shirt for Halloween I was assured they would ship it Priority and I would receive in plenty of time. Friday October 28 I emailed because I did not get a tracking number....shortly after I get email saying shipped THAT day. So I won't get the shirt until Monday in the US Mail. I called Friday and Today noone can help me. If this is the best that they can do then that is a shame.
