Very helpful people when you need that part to finish your project. Neighborhood hardware store that does a better job than those big box stores!
My husband and I visited this store today looking to purchase tools and other equipment for our business. As we were looking around, I inquired about a restroom, then called to my husband. The instant they realized that my husband and I were together (I am black, my husband is white) another sales agent was called over (we didn't request help) and we were rushed and promptly shown outside while the sales agent stood at the door. Needless to say, no money was spent, and we will never return. I plan to ensure that everyone I know, knows of my experience and the type of people operating this location.
Helpful and friendly staff. I feel like I can trust the employees here when I need help with hardware questions! My only gripe is that sometimes the employees are hard to recognize(through the shirts they wear). Also some of the employees are more difficult to get help from. But overall a great hardware store.
Web site needs work. Won't allow you to search inventory.
I go here for almost all my hardware needs. Only go somewhere else when they don't have what I need.
