I like the one stop shopping convenience of the large stores for a complete project. Customer service is usually better than home depot, but not as good as the locally owned places. Pricing and selection are great. Their warranty repairs are fast and they send qualified contractors out to do the work.
Good, well stocked store. Employees aren't as helpful as home Depot, but they will answer questions if you chase them down. Great selection of plants and shrubs, by the way. Store is clean and parking lot is well designed with easy access to the building from anywhere you park. Brunswick tends to be a horribly poorly designed area overall, but this area actually adds a hint of hope. So Lowes, yeah an excellent place to shop for anything for your home. Easy 5 stars.
Friendly, helpful associates. I shop Lowe's for my lumber needs since they have a better selection of sizes that are easier for me to manage.
Well.... This is the only time I've ever done this, but this time I just can't let it go. I was going to beat the rush on generators due to an approaching hurricane, so I ordered one online and received an invoice of the purchase. And it was supposed to arrive just before evacuations. Perfect! However..... After it said it had been delivered ( to my home) and in fact it had not been. I figured maybe it's just at the store. No biggie. I'll go get it. Went to the store where they then informed me they would reimburse my purchase because there was no generator. The company was sold out! Never received anything from them about it! Because if I had I would've bought a different one in-store!!! But now they're all sold out!!! I will absolutely never buy anything ever again from Lowe's! Nothing! Ever! Shady customer service. When you can get it.
Fast helpful service. Many items in stock for hurricane assistance including water, generators, fuel cans, portable a/c units, canned fuel, chainsaws. But No dehumififiers currently In stock though.
