Girl I spoke with in store demanded her free gift back which were little samples that we're giving to us at another location. We spent over 750$ and I was returning 172.00 worth of stuff and she wouldn't do the return because I didn't have these little samples with me at time of return. I didn't have my receipt with me at time because me and my friend used her rewards card so she kept the receipt. We just purchased this stuff on Friday. Horrible Customer Service to say the Least!
Went to the salon and the service wasnt that great. Stylist made it awkward. Took forever.
They always have great deals and send awesome offers through email if you subscribe. The beauty rewards program is fantastic and will save you money! Only downfall to this location is that their stickers for discounted prices are frequently put on the wrong products so double check when shopping here!! The beauty consultants and register staff is always friendly, only ever had one bad experience here. But not bad enough to take any stars away from the review. Dear staff, if you want to talk about a customer, don't say it loud enough for the customer to hear.. especially when that customer is a frequent flyer and spends lots of money at your job!
I'm a previous employee. And I'm here to tell you. They do not clean their supplies they will basically use the same combs on you that they used on someone that could potential have a disease like (HIV) when I started working there I was the only one that would clean the combs and brushes. The towels are filthy, and so are the sinks. Do yourself a favor and run !
Apt was at 4 and didnt get out until 8. And they werent busy at all. Put prodcts in my hair that they charged me for without informing me they would bill me extra. My hair turned out nice and was happy with it. But because of my experince other wise i will probably go else where to get my hair done in the future.
They told me they charge by how much hair they have to cut and the density. If you're already paying upwards of 60$ for a haircut it shouldn't matter how much or little they cut and the price should be set. Of course that's my opinion I used their salon before for a lady that no longer works there she did an amazing job but I'm not interested in paying a that much for a cut.
