Wasn't impressed at all with the haircut I received here. It was my first time there so I received the MVP upgrade for free, which was the only nice part. The haircut itself was terrible. The woman cutting my hair was too busy lecturing me on shampoo than listening to how I wanted my hair cut. Even observing the other women cut hair as I was there, terrible. Silly of me to assume that a barber shop aimed at men doesn't employee a single person who can cut hair.
Tiffany gave me a great haircut. The steamed towel is the best!
Haven't had too many issues here. Usually I walk out with a haircut I'm happy with. Some of the women can be a rude sometimes, including the manager/shift leader.
Always friendly and professional. Pretty much hang out and get your hair sorted.
