I debated between 3 and 4 stars. The reason? While the doctor is great, it's just about impossible to call them. I've tried multiple times over a 24 hour period and only got their voice mail.
Dr office changed locations and we didn't know this. Called to find out new location and that we might be 5 minutes late and was told the doctor might leave. We told them the wrong address was on the website, but the doctor had left when we arrived less than 5 minutes of scheduled appointment. He is not willing to work with patients.
Doesn't want to listen to thoughts about meds.Just wants to be argumentative.
The Best Dr and Customer Serivce they are alllllll sweet people this place is a must. They have Changed my Life.
