The Dentist are Great but they have major staff issues at the front desk..They are supposed to call you a few days ahead of your app to confirm that you are still bringing your child.. If you don't answer or call back they take your child off there app. My Issue with them is they never call me I always have to make a note to call so my daughter can be able to go to the dentist. My daughter had an app tomorrow I haven't had no call so I called today and they told me that they had called me the day before since I didn't answer they took her off... I told them they never called that's why im calling today... Then she changed her story too oh well the doctor that normally sees your daughter wont be in that's why.. I said her app is tomorrow you guys never called to let me know anything.. Now my daughter has to wait 28 days before she can go back.... Im fed up I will be finding another dentist... Until they can hire more responsible front desk people....
Update 4/28/17 I didn't change her dentist we moved and I changed to there Nahunta office and she still sees the same doctor and I couldn't be happier. They've hired different staff at the Brunswick location a friend of mine works there but I haven't been.. I love the new location..!!!! Just so everyone knows my old review was on the receptionist all the doctors are great..!! Hers is Dr. Brooks and he is amazing with her.
