I payed 5000 dollars and suffered through 2 years of invisalign treatment only to find out on my last appointment that i would have to wear a retainer for the rest of my life. Seems like something they should have told me up front. My teeth are slowly moving back to their original positions. These people seem nice and proffessional but their dishonesty ruined the entire experience. Find another dentist and do your research before getting any dental work done. Don't trust these seemingly honest people to provide you with the facts.
I recently became a patient of Dr. Britt’s office and I am very happy! The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Britt Takes the time to talk to you and didn’t seem as if she was in a rush to get to the next patient. The office itself is a very warm atmosphere; in the rooms, they have TVs in the ceiling for you to watch while having your dental work done! This office is a tad pricier than my previous dentist however, for the service you receive, it is well worth it. 5 STARS!
As one can tell from the 5 star rating I was positively impressed by my entire experience with Dr. Britt and her staff. One thing in particular does stand out and that was how much time they (the staff and Dr. Britt) took to ensure I thoroughly understood my problems and what my treatment options were including the costs of different options. When I left their office I felt very comfortable with the treatment plan as explained to me.
The level of service we received was outstanding. Dr. Britt and her staff not only provided excellent customer service during the initial consultation, the dental hygienist’s cleaning and Dr. Britt’s oral exam were much more thorough than I’ve been used to. Fortunately, no cavities this time so I can’t comment on pain-free dentistry. They were also attentive to and knowledgeable regarding our dental insurance coverage. Overall, my wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism and cheerful courtesy shown by Dr. Britt and her staff.
Dr. Britt and her staff have always provided me and my family with the highest standards in dental care. Her ability to help patients with fear of the dentist overcome their phobias is just one of the benefits of becoming her client. Her practice is clean, neat, and tastefully appointed and the care and kindness shown each patient is why I am proud to call her my dentist.
