While the mechanic was very able and knowledgeable the counter guy was very eager to overcharge. They are like most shops looking to make a dollar . I understand this.
Slowest service I've had in many years. Double their time estimates on waiting, as well as the job being performed. I've been here for 2 hrs, and they're just now filling the truck with oil. I was told it would be a 30 min wait for service.
Now run by goodyear. Very slow.
They were not able to fix my a/c at no fault of the mechanic but they still charged me to vacuumed and charge my system and then charged me Shop time on top of that. It is like a mechanic replacing a light bulb and them charging for the bulb and the mechanics time and then charging for the screw driver he used to do the work with. They put no freon in my system and I left there feeling much lighter in the wallet and still with no a/c.
I'm very pleased with this shop i will return
