Customer service horrible. Would no even give estimate on when work would be completed. Stay away!
God forbid their employees get something done in a timely manor.

Watched a couple in front of me ask how long it would take to completely change out their flat tire. Ladies response- "we can't quote a time to ya" followed up by a "it may take all day." .... just to put a new tie on...
An absolute joke.
The worse customer service ever. They told us they don't have what we need with out looking at their computer. One employee was Facebooking. She was looking as nasty pictures. (I could see her phone screen.)
