HORRIBLE!! I took my car to Tires Plus to get my breaks changed and an alignment cause it was pulling slightly to the left. 3 hours later when they finished, I started driving down the road and now it’s pulling horribly to the right. I took it back and they say “it’s supposed to, the car was made like that” Um NO! It didn’t do that when I bought it, it’s never done it. It didn’t start doing that till they touched it. UGHHHH. This was in Brunswick Georgia
Brought in a company fleet car for service without an appointment. Not exactly the most preferred customer given the administrative work involved with National Accts payments. Barry, the store manager was friendly and efficient and all went well in a reasonable time frame.
Friendly and helpful staff but overpriced
Friendly, explain the solution to your problem where you can understand what is wrong with your car and how they can repair it. A little pricey but will go back again for repairs. Thank again .....
