Horrible customer service!!!!!! Jamie and Lori were awful. They shouldn't even be interacting with the public with nasty attitudes!! Had a check that was drawn off of bank of america. Stopped in to cash it and was in a hurry but was told I had to go and sit and wait for the check to be approved and
I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this place. The people here are very nice and friendly. Their customer service has always been good in my opinion. My one gripe is the wait time for getting help at the front counter. But even that isn’t too terrible. I give it 4 stars cause of the wait times.
Went to this location to cash a check that a local business had given me for doing some work for them. I do not have an account there so they asked me to sit in the lobby and wait on a banker to approve it. I sat there for approximately 20 minutes and the girl that told me to be seated walked by, I asked her what was taking so long, and if she could take me to someone to approve this check now. She told me that she was busy with someone else and one of the "guys" would have to do it. The only guy I saw was standing by the front door with a customer, so I waited for him to finish talking to the customer and asked if he could approve the check because I've been there for too long and it was ridiculous over something so simple. He immediately told me he was on the phone and shuffled back into his office. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with for this type of situation. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

be told of all the different accounts they offer!! I didn't have time for that. Charged me 8 bucks even though the check was drawn on there bank and once that nasty teller from hell found out I was in a hurry she tookvher time. Will ever step foot or have anything nun ice to about that horrible bank!!!! Just Nastt people!!!!
This bank has the worst customer service I have ever heard of. They can't be reached by phone 95 percent of the time. They manipulate drafts and deposits in an effort to create an overdraft on your accounts. If you need to discuss an error they send out letters without any identifying names so you can get any help. They fraudulently without money from your account. Why in God's name would anyone want to bank with them.
