The new "manager April" is a liar and drama queen. I called the cops on her brat child bc of constant trespassing and property damage so she filed an eviction after refusing to accept my payment when I tried to pay. She lied and said her computer was down. She violated my lease by doing so and is about to look stupid af in court. That being said she makes no effort to fix the refridgerator ive had to get a new one from aarons, & our heat has never worked. We moved here in March. Luckily it warmed up shortly after but our heat was never repaired. Good luck moving here if u want to. Just dont expect to have ac and heat when u need it. Oh and her daughter is allowed to steal from your yard and walk on ur cars (yes. Stood up and WALKED )
