So after my initial post, we were contacted by this company who apologized for the earlier attempt by a rude technician and they asked for a chance to make things right.
They Dont know what they doing and cost so $$$ high and didn't fix the problem of our drain pipe.
I'm only giving a 3 because our technician was polite, thorough and able to make it the same day. If not for him they would get a one. How is $875 a flat rate???!! Ridiculous pricing!!
