This guy went the extra mile to take care of me. When I picked up the truck at a Home Depot in Massachusetts with no representation from Penske, the tank was 13/15 full. When I returned the truck full, Brunswick Darien Hiway made sure I got my money back. Not a huge deal, but nice to have him looking out for me. It's frustrating to not deal directly with a Penske representative and this made up for it.
