Great Pizza! Love it!!! (Although I do prefer more sauce than it comes with, BUT they will add it at no extra charge so I don't count that against them). And delivery is pretty quick if you put the call in before the dinner rush, even on weekends. And they always have great specials, I ask what they are every time I call. Thanks, Papa!

I can only speak for delivery, cuz I've never picked up. There are times that the pizza is not cooked as well as other times. But understandably, as the cooks differ. Find about 85, 90 percent of the delivery drivers seem to be good folks making an honest living. Have only had to call back two, maybe three times in the last three, four years I've been ordering. And all were professional interactions, with proper results. Taking into consideration life's little hiccups, I will happily give them a 5 star.
Rodney is the best guy they have working there. Best customer service I have ever experienced at Paola Johns. Headquarters in Louisville should bring him up there and train all their reps! Earned a customer for life.
