Each time I see Dr. Floyd I feel like I've been listened to and I feel that my input in reference to what I have going on is appreciated and heard. It has always been important to me to feel like I can trust my physician, and I certainly trust the care that he provides me. Thank you for taking great care of me, Dr. Floyd.
I started going here to receive healthcare for quite a few various things. I am black African American. My experience with Dr. Tyler Cole was totally awesome. Dr. Flournoy is great as well. The entire staff is so amazingly friendly. My dad is a senior and dew to Dr. Thompson passing away, he needed a another family practice to start attending so I recommended Dr. Tyler Cole. He was awesome with my dad. Dr. Tyler Cole listened, is extremely knowledgeable, and leaves nothing off the complaint list of ailments.
A doctor made a very offensive comment to a very good friend of mine that was down right racist. I will never recommend this facility!
Impossible to get past the various recorded messages - you are simply transferred from one recorded message to another. Very poorly managed!
I truly enjoy, the services provided, to low income families. And the quality of care given to ppl with preexisting conditions such as managing Diabetes. Dr. Floyd, and his nurses are very good, highly recommend. Dr. Flournoy and his staff, offer great family planniNg services. I haven't been to a dentist in 20 years and have had my teeth cleaned at this center at low cost, the quality of care was excellent. The wait for the Dental side was long but, well worth it.
