We had a piece of glass break in the cocktail table because the table was improperly assembled at the store and have now been waiting for over two months "close to three" for a replacement. Usually I don't mind a wait but it seems like I get the runaround and excuses when I call to inquire about the replacement glass. I really don't like having smoke blown up my a$$.
I need a number for corporate!!!!!!!!!!! I am being charged for stuff that i have been asking to be picked up for a month now. this is getting ridiculous, and i am tired of dealing with with these people. They have made several appointments to pick up and never showed up. when i call them, they claim to know nothing about it. I am not paying for stuff that i can no longer afford due to medical reasons, and i am not going to continue to reschedule appointments to sit here all day for nothing.

Wow! Let me tell yall what Kayla Howell did. I came in there to buy some stuff and as I was looking around she was talking to her co-workers like crap. I don't know her personally, but girl need some people skills. I never seen anyone so rude in my life! I think she is having sex with the District manager for a promotion.You know how week a man is for a BJ or sex. I would never shop there ever. They also tried to sale me something with missing parts and then tried to force me to keep it. I changed my mind and Kayla tried to tell me that i couldn't have my money back until later. I live out of town chick you crazy. People! Stop giving them your money. it's a dam rip-off. Kayla should be fired, but they not going to fire a white girl, but they will fire that nice black woman who helped me that day. what a load of crap this company has became.
