I shop this store often and have always had a great experience. The staff is very helpful and cheerful to me. So glad we have this in Brunswick!
Honestly, I am being nice giving them a 3 due to the fact that when you are checking out they allow people to stand directly behind you. These people are able to see you entering in your debit card in your pin number and if you're writing a check The people behind you can see your information. Despite all of the complaining that I've done to management it still happens. They know we have to use the store because they have items that we need but I feel that it's very rude for a customer to be at the counter checking out and someone else is standing directly over their shoulder. Some people say well they weren't looking or it was no harm they were just right there. I don't buy it because a con artist or a scammer is just that and they have their methods of doing things to get what they want and if it's identity theft or someone's personal information then that's what they're going for regard list if someone else can tail or not. I will say this… the staff is very friendly and professional but I think that there should be something else done about the line where people check out. There used to be this little bitty sign that no one paid attention to and it said the line starts here. No One enforced It. And the last several times that I was in the store I didn't even see the sign. They act like they cannot protect the person checking out at the Register from other people looking over their shoulders. Therefore , my stance Remains the same that 3 stars is being generous. If they would get that part together they would be a 5 star because everything else is awesome about them.
