It was wonderful, so much variety for clothing, household, entertainment. Food stands with samples held me over until lunch. I also enjoyed strolling threw the wine section. Gift baskets for all occasions nice.
We moved to Georgia from Indianapolis about 4 months ago and we come here about once a month. This store has upsides like lots of parking and is clean, but we live an hour away so when we come here we need things to be stocked and every time we've come the meat Dept. Is very staffed but missing all kinds of things. Today there was only 1 package of ground beef total. Last time I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to find me prepackaged pork loin and when I have an hour drive home, every minute counts. Today I noticed tons of pineapples in the staff restricted area, but none were stocked to purchase. We can usually find clementines and a great fruit selection, great bread selection as well as meat, and seasonal items we look for yearly. The strawberries smelled of mildew, looked bad, and most packages had mold growing in them (they were fully stocked). There's 1 isle of bread with very expensive options or very low quality options. This is different than the northern store that had 2 full isles of many different breads. We kept an eye out for beach towels but never found any which is odd at a store near the ocean. Every time we've tried to use the scanner app it somehow malfunctions and doesn't allow us to check out. So we spend all that time scanning everything only to spend all the time waiting for someone else to do it again. There needs to be something added to this app to allow the cashier to pull all scanned items up on her register. Also, our cashier today dropped a bunch of heavy items on top of a cake we purchased, partially crushing the container and messing up the icing. We removed the items and rearranged the cart like we had it to begin with and got the hell out of there since we had up be home to get our son off the school bus. We spent over $700 today. We have to go together because we use a flat bed and cart. It would be nice if this store had more options, ran a little more efficiently, and if the app was actually convenient.
The customer service really needs improvement. The staff there is too ghetto. Where is the professionalism? Customer service is very slow. They really need to drain the swamp of that place and hire some better workers.
We bought some stuff while we were there that was a great price - would definitely stop and shop here again!
Love Sam's and finally getting it, they came to where I worked like 6 years ago sold cards and said it would be there the next year, well it took 5 more than they promised
Stopped in for a quick walk after lunch at Golden Corral. Store was very clean, well lit and holy moly were the workers friendly. I do believe each one that passed us greeted us!
