Love the way its set up now. Can do better with keeping it organized, but over all great service.
I always seem to loose track of time in here lol I only want to spend 30 minutes in this place and the next thing I know 2 hours have gone by! They have so many great things in here at prices I can't turn down
I have tried calling the corporate office. No luck. Called twice to speak to the Altama Connection in Brunswick Ga Manager and was put on hold with no manager pick-up for over 10 minutes both times, before giving up and hanging up. I and a bunch of shoppers including the cashier were verbally harrassed and physically afraid of a large, demanding male "customer" who kept coming to the cash register (we were checking out) and interrupting her, demanding answers r/t a refund, being redirected to Customer Service and then returning. We all felt threatened by this man. I finished shopping and asked the harried cashier if this was ongoing and she said it was going on for more than an hour. I said I would speak to the woman "greeter?" checking receipts before I left the store. I did. The blond middle-aged woman (the date was 11/6/2017) at the podium interrupted me and told ME to walk across the store to where the managers were and report it. I told her I was leaving the store, that I was a shopper and she was an employee and I insisted she call management. So, if this guy had a gun, what with all the cameras and supposed security (he started GOING THROUGH ONE WOMAN'S BAGS!) where was management and protection for staff and customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU'RE DANGEROUS AND WANT TO STIR UP A WHIRLWIND.
Say what you like about Wal-Mart, I still love it!! The store has been completely remodeled and looks fantastic! Things are easy to find if you open your eyes and read the signs and the selection is always top notch. Its clean and friendly and, since adding more self check-out options, easy to get "in and out."
Getting better. Upgrades have been taking place. Has essentially everything you need. Even automotive service.
