I was told i would be charged one rate as a Army Veteran. Once i brought the car back the young lady was very unprofessional and don't me "i don't know why you were given a discount" as she charged me way more than i was told i would be charged. I called the owner and was told i would be getting a call back once it was investigated. I was never called back....
